Album of the week: White Williams

White Williams's debut album Smoke easily has the worst album-cover art I have ever seen. Two highly stylized women with a gooey, rainbow train of tears dripping down their faces hold the leopard-print hoses of a hookah with "smoke" eternized in crystal on the base of it.
